Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 November 2025

3.1 Scope

This policy applies to both services and physical products purchased via Design Sage.

3.2 Cancellation by You

  • Services: You may cancel services within 48 hours of contract/quotation acceptance without penalty, provided no significant work has commenced. After 48 hours or commencement of work, a cancellation fee may apply (e.g., deposit non-refundable).

  • Products: You may cancel product orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production/shipping has not begun.

3.3 Refunds

  • Once work has commenced, or once the product has been dispatched, refunds may not be available.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, third-party fees, and non-refundable deposit portions may be deducted from the refund.

3.4 Replacement or Credit

  • In case of defective physical products, we may replace the item or provide store credit instead of cash refund.

  • For services, if you are dissatisfied, we will attempt to provide additional revisions or alternate deliverables as agreed.

3.5 No-Show/Non-Collaboration

If you fail to provide required materials or approvals for more than 30 days, we may pause or cancel the project; deposit may be forfeited.

3.6 Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, internet outages), we may extend timelines or cancel; in such cases refunds may be prorated and at our discretion.
